Ei Compendex is the broadest and most complete engineering literature database available in the world. It provides a truly holistic and global view of peer reviewed and indexed publications with over 20 million records from 77 countries across 190 engineering disciplines. Every record is carefully selected and indexed using the Engineering Index Thesaurus to ensure discovery and retrieval of engineering-specific literature that engineering students and professionals can rely on. Preprints now available

We are excited to announce preprints as a new document type available on Engineering Village. Nearly 800,000 open access preprints from arXiv (from 2017 onwards) are now findable within the Compendex database, with more coming soon. Preprints can be included or excluded from search by using the "Document Type" filter (which also contains other document types such as standards, conference proceedings etc).
